The fastest, highest elevated treadmill in the world. This super treadmill goes up to 29 MPH and 40 degree incline. It is a part of Acceleration’s proprietary equipment, meaning we are the only center in the area that has it. All training on this treadmill is done with 1on1 instruction in front of a mirror, to ensure proper running mechanics are enforced. The super treadmill is the best piece of equipment for fast-twitch muscle fiber recruitment, increased turnover, higher knee drive, and improvement of running mechanics.

The Force is the ultimate tool for developing speed and power via resistance training. Using a magnetic breaking system (between 0-150 pounds), The Force Treadmill helps athletes naturally get the body to learn and experience foot interaction with the ground while providing instantaneous feedback and improve the motor programming of the athlete.

The Plyo Press allows you to train for explosive power below and above body weight, using an exclusive loading pattern that minimizes stress on your joints and back while maximizing explosive performance. You safely build leg strength and quickness.
The Mobility Treadmill allows the athlete to shuffle, drop back, karaoke, and backpedal in a over-speed inclined atmosphere. This teaches the athlete to use proper mechanics and to go at a faster speed than the body knew how to before the exercise. The incline in the treadmill creates more power in the athlete doing mobility movements.

These cords are attached to the legs and/or arms and used on a treadmill or on the field. These cords can be used for running, kicking, or throwing and done in a sport specific manner. With these cords on, your muscles must react with more power to handle the load. When the cords come off, you produce more power than you ever have before.

The Multi-Hip improves the strength of key muscles of the abdominals and hips, important but often-overlooked muscles that are essential for improved performance. It accommodates athletes from 5-foot to 7-foot tall, and resistance can be set from less than 15 pounds for lateral movement patterns, to 375 pounds for dynamic power movements.

Acceleration’s Plyo Boxes will dramatically improve your speed, explosiveness and jumping ability. Using Plyo Boxes help teach the athlete how to explode efficiently and effectively and help give the athlete that “spring step”.

The Landmine is a ground-based rotational training device that works the entire body. It is the ultimate piece of equipment for core strength, stability, rotational strength, upper body mobility, and shoulder stability.

The Glove gives the athlete controlled resisted training in a sports specific atmosphere. A QB drop back, a wrestlers shoot, stealing a base, breaking a tackle, etc., all can be done with resistance with The Glove to create a higher power output in the athlete.

Sparq Parachutes are another form of resisted running done on the field by creating a wind resistance behind the athlete.
Sparq Hurdles, Cones, and Ladders all help the athlete increase his/her foot speed, quickness, agility and coordination patterns.
Exercise Balls, Bosu Balls, and Stability Discs all help the athlete increase his/her core strength, stability, and flexibility.

Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettlebell's center of mass is extended beyond the hand. This allows for swing movements not possible with traditional dumbbells. Because more muscle groups are utilized in the swinging and movement of a kettlebell than during the lifting of dumbbells, a kettlebell workout is more effective, and yields better results in less time. Because the center of mass on a kettlebell "swings", micro-muscles are needed to balance a kettlebell, more so than a dumbbell. The existence of a handle allows for "release moves" which are not available to a dumbbell.

A great way to add resistance to any exercise is by using a weighted vest. Unlike with held weights or machines, weighted vests allow the athlete to be more apt formore sport-specific movement.

The first step in any sport is the most important step. The Plyo Boards focus on that first step quickness and teach the body proper coordination patterns to help it be much more efficient on the field. The Plyo Boards are on cushioned floors that maximizes quickness and explosiveness while improving dynamic stability. Power bands can be applied from the boards to the athlete to add resistance and for explosive drills.

It is what separates us from any other training center. Our protocols. We train with the most scientifically-proven programs available, all backed by over 20 years of scientific research. Over 30 levels of protocols for all sports and ages. Everything an athlete will do at our center has been tried, tested and proven to ensure that the athlete will become the best version of themselves that they will be. These protocols also ensure the proper progression is taking place over a time frame so that maximal development will occur with each individual athlete.
